Avoid Gazco Unless You Want To Replace Every Few Years
Bought a Gazco Linea balanced flue fire for £1500 10 years ago. Controller needs replacing but Gazco does not do ANY spare parts for this model, which they deem obsolete. Completely indifferent customer service woman said they only support products ‘for about 5 years’. So it’s clear that Gazco’s expensive products are disposable. Any problem after a few years - buy a new one. Disgraceful.
