From start to finish A1 Builders of Derby really went above and beyond. I was new to everything to do with my own home and asked about adding a two story extension to the side of my home. After a lot of different discussions and home visits (at no cost or assurance we will chose them as our builders) they helped us decide what was best for us and to stay within our budget. After we received our quote we were more than happy to go with them. The build started and all staff were friendly and very respectful. A few builders smoked but on the very first day they asked if it was okay to smoke on the property and They always tidied up after themselves. Communication throughout the whole build was spot on. We had no unexpected price rises and the stayed within the original quote. Above and beyond is exactly what they did for us we changed part of the build at least 4 times and we had constant advice all along. I can’t express how smooth the build was for us and how open the builders were. I would fully recommend them to do any kind of building work.
