Order and delivery good. Price good. Smell of bedding was disgusting - like it had come out of a damp musty cupboard. Decided I would keep and wash it all to see if I can get rid of smell. Kept because of low price. Not sure I would use this company again

Ordered a full bedding set for my caravan. Picture taken of it outside my front door but not there when I returned home.

Emailed and was told to contact the police - which I did.

Emailed them back with the police report stating they should report it and that they are in breach of consumer rights act. Was offered replacement or refund - opted for refund.

After 2 weeks and several emails, to which nobody replies - still no refund

Will shop elsewhere and would not recommend this company to anybody.

On searching for fitted bedding for our new motor home I found the lady at Greens most helpful and the bedding excellent especially as we needed a specific non standard size which prompted me to send this review as a thank you.

Tricked me for 35 pound its a lot of money to has im unable to work through ill health

Very pleased with the quality of product and speed of delivery, we bought a fitted sheet and mattress protector for our Bailey. I had one query that I emailed and received a phone call reply within 30 minutes. Excellent, helpful people and high quality products. I'd certainly recommend. Thank you Greens of Bournemouth.

My advice to all potential online customers is DON'T. This company is a joke no-one has a clue what they are doing.

They do not reply to emails, phone calls, even recorded letters. How on earth can they call themselves an mail order company.

Also if they don't have the items ordered they simply send you something else! What is this about?

My advise dont waste your time or money. Also they are very bad at refunding for returned items. Apalling.

After receiving a caravan sheet with the right corner cut away after ordering one wth the cut away at the left I phoned up to query this .3 days later after 68 phone calls still no answer.only sent one e -mail ,guess what,no reply.where is all this good customer serviice

We live in Lincolnshire, visit family in Bournemouth and visit the store, this week we bought brushed cotton sheets and feather pillows.

Nothing is too much trouble for staff.

We'll be back next year.

The best thing about Greens is their customer service. I bought one of their own brand duck feather and down duvets recently from their website (greensofbournemouth.com).

The duvet was despatched the same day and arrived the following day. The quality of the duvet was very good and I have enjoyed many a good night's sleep under it.

All in all, an easy and most enjoyable experience. I will certainly be making more purchases from the company in the future and would heartily recommend them to anyone else.
