For a while now I have been grumbling to myself about bedsheet sizes. There doesn't seem to be enough cloth to tuck in properly at the sides. This has been solved by Victoria Linens. Sheets Exactly the right size made with high quality fabric. Completely satisfied, many thanks, Malc.

Dreadful company. Do not order from these people. We bought a whole bed linen set for a super Caesar bed and after 2 years the duvet filling was missing from some of the pockets. After another 10 months the duvet was so bad that I contacted the company who told me it’s too old for them to be bothered to do anything about it and offered me a 5% discount over and above the 15% they offer on every order. As if I’m going to buy another duvet for £300 from this company when the current one has lasted well less than 3 years. Customer service shocking. Court claim issued.

These sheets are brilliant. Elasticated at the bottom corners and open but beautifully finished at the top corner, thus stopping sheets sliding off beds. Also covers deep mattresses. Expensive but cheaper on Victoria Linen than anywhere else in UK online. I've bought bamboo Cotton blend, 400TC and also brushed cotton semi fitted sheets from Victoria Linen and I love them all. The ladies are upfront about the length of time for shipping (4-6 wks/ +£15 delivery in 7 days). Customer service is great and frequent discount codes are issued. Quality costs these days I think and this company certainly provide quality. Eco minded delivery with thick brown paper bags are superb for shipping. Would recommend. Always buy my semi fitted kingsize sheets here.

Please be careful if ordering from this company and take care to read the small print. They refused to exchange 4 sheets when they didn’t fit my fathers profile bed, this was in spite of them confirming over the telephone they were the correct size. They refused to give a refund claiming they were custom made -an important fact I had apparently failed to spot when I read the item description on their website. I still do not believe an item should be classified as bespoke when an identical product could be purchased by others simply by selecting it from the website without giving specific measurements. Instead they advised me to pay extra to have the sheets made smaller or purchase the correct size sheets for an additional £120 (leaving me with 4 sheets which we couldn’t use). Eventually Paypal stepped in and agreed I had been unfairly treated and refunded me the original cost. I still feel upset by Victoria Linens attitude and personally would not wish to liaise or have any contact with them again - a real shame when the quality of the sheets was actually very good.

Received this after waiting 25 days (web stated up to 21 days), I ordered a QUILTED waterbed mattress protector, there was nothing quilted about this protector. When I asked to return the item I was informed it was non returnable so I have wasted £42 on something I cannot use. Make sure you read the T&Cs before ordering from this company. Not happy with the item or the service I received.

I ordered two valances for my electric Dunlopillo beds. Not obtainable elsewhere !!!!!

The delivery was quoted as up to 21 days but at 22 days I had not received them or an email to tell me what was happening. However, after enquiries I was told that they were 'very busy' and mine would be made the following week.

It would have been nice to have been advised of this without my having to enquire. A small point, but one remembers niceties.

When they arrived, they were very well made and nicely finished. I found then easy to fit,though there were no instructions. A generous length, which allowed them to wrap around the top corners also.The box pleats hang beautifully. No complaints at all. They look extremely nice.

Used them a number of times for custom size (extra long) sheets, valances etc. Not many affordable options for custom bedding - a tax on the tall. In four times of using them, Victoria Linen have always taken far longer than they state to deliver anything, and have pretty poor communication about delays. Premium quality cotton bobbled quite quickly, and elastic fades if put through tumble drier.

In addition, they always give you a 10% off your next order voucher with your delivery, though once you've had one you can guess at a future discount code even if your voucher has expired.

bought sheets, duvets, pillow cases and curtains. beautifully made and material excellent service as promised. Not cheap but you get what you pay for and they were all good value.

I have a larger size bed with a deep mattress and was struggling to find sheets to fit! I found Victoria Linen online and gave them a call.

I found them very helpful and lovely to talk to.They took my sizes and said they can make the sheets there for me to the size i needed! As they do make the sheets there, they said would take about a week to get to me and one week later i received an email saying the sheets would be with me that day!

They arrived that same day and fit beautifully and lovely quality! Very happy with this service and will be definalty purchasing many more items from them!

I received my order 15 days after purchase, as promised. It is of very good quality and fits my new bed beautifully. The valance is beautiful, very full and fits nicely round the bed. Would have no hesitation in recommending this Company to anyone.
