DO NOT buy from these people. I ordered a rug from them through Amazon. The advert stated "Grey" or "Light Grey". The "Grey" looked a dark grey on the photo so that's the one I ordered. The size was advertised as "160cm X 230cm". When it arrived it was folded in half and packaged so tightly. So this has left a mark and creases that will never come out. It was also very "Light Grey" in colour. The main issue was the size. It measured 159cm x 218cm. Where was the rest of it? I have complained several times. Their responses were:

1. They only advertise ONE grey colour.

2. If I hoover it every day, the marks and the creases will eventually come out.

3. All manufacturers allow a 5% + / - variation in the size.

Complete and utter rubbish and lies.

After reading the reviews (which I wish I had before I ordered), the majority of the reviews are all the exact same complaints as I have.

A lot of them state that they have had to return the item at their own cost and are still waiting for refunds.

If I could give them a 0 rating I would.

Ordered a rug via Amazon as Amazon are a 'trusted Company ' Unfortunately, Viceroy have let Amazon down. Returned the rug, and like numerous other customers, have not received a refund. This company should be investigated by Trading Standards and be prosecuted. Order from this company at your peril. Am going to visit their offices to see if they actually exist

Ordered a duvet which has leaking feathers, irritating my skin

This item is very poor quality. Lost feathers in huge amounts, and caused me a nightmare to clean up.

When a comforter cover begins to lose its feathers, it starts to lose its usefulness and warmth. This is linked to the thread count in the weave of the fabric.

I would like to return or exchange for a decent quality duvet. ASAP

My Order Reference Number: VB-20210804-182155. The seller is not responding to my prompt

I ordered a rug which didn’t arrive, I emailed and a man responded saying he would chase the courier and that I would have it within 2 days. It never arrived. He has not responded to my further 5 e mails. The phone just cuts off. It is 10 weeks later and they do not correspond. I’ll be reporting this to the police.

Please do not buy anything here. I bought I weighted blanket, it was a cheap quality Chinese one that leaked sand so much that the bedding needed to be shaken outside before washing. The whole house was covered in sand. I sent the pics and they wanted this back or 30% off. Oh yes, I'd love a sand filled bed every morning. Wanted me to send it back at my own expense, then even with proof of delivery and full tracking they denied receiving it. I'm so glad I paid the extra for tracking.

Cowboyw, absolutely disgusting business with no customer service or integrity. It's the way they lie to you and everything was down to me to sort out, even though they admitted it was not my fault.

Luckily I bought via Amazon who today refunded my postage and tracking, and my original order.

I have been trying in vain to get a response from Viceroy Bedding for a rug that I purchased through Amazon which is full of creases that won’t come out. I have emailed them and I have left a voice message on their phone line to no avail. I have tried everything- their instructions- steaming - weighing down but it

Looks like 2-3 weeks down the line the 3cm pile rug is as flat as it is going to be!

Unfortunately these people seem to be unprincipled. The curtains supplied were 6.5" shorter than specified so I returned them at my expense. Initially helpful now they will not answer emails and I've had to start a PayPal dispute. They have taken £40.09 of my hard earned cash; not a huge amount but there is a principle at stake here. 

PayPal have declined my claim because Viceroy sent the curtains but the fact they were totally defective and I posted them back at my expense means nothing. So there you have it, PayPal and Viceroy are as as bad as each other - I'm 40 quid out of pocket and have no curtains. 

Sent the wrong size curtains twice, even cut the size of the inlay hoping we would not notice LOL, now refusing to answer any emails or to pick up the curtains, avoid as the afer sales is zero and good chance you will just get treated like I have been :(

Bought a large deep pile living room rug in from this outfit. As soon as we opened it bits started coming away but we thought it was just because it was new and needed time to settle. But we were wrong. The rug is terribly badly hound and the long threads are coming out literally in handfuls. If I empty my vacuum cleaner bin and go over the rug it fills with at least a tennis ball worth of fibres. Since I hoover every day it won't be long before there is only the backing left!! My mum was staying with us for a few days and couldn't believe how much it fell apart while she was here. Clumps were falling out from around the edges at this point.

I emailed the seller twice and was completely ignored so I lodged a claim with PayPal which they also ignored. PayPal wanted me to return it for a refund (at my expense!!) and as it weighs a lot I didn't see the point. Why should I be out of pocket returning a faulty item!?

AVOID this seller at all costs. They don't care once they have your money. They are on Ebay, Amazon and have their own website from what I can see online.

I purchased a mattress topper late January 2017 & initially we were very pleased with it.

We started using it April 2017 and for 6 months all was well until one of the straps that hold it onto the mattress detached its self from the topper closely followed by a second strap.

From this point on it wouldn't stay on the mattress and feathers poured out all over the place from the holes left by the detached straps rendering it unusable.

I contacted the supplier "VICEROY BEDDING" via e-mail and telephone in November 2017 assuming the item would be covered under a 12 month guarantee.

Since this time I have contacted them via e-mail, telephone, & Amazon numerous times but they never respond to e-mails and 9 times out of 10 you get their answerphone. Any messages left are never responded to and on the rare occasion that you do get through on the phone the person who would deal with the problem is never available but will always ring you back but never does.

This issue could have been resolved amicably way back in November but I have now got to the point that I have had enough and I am going to bin the item and look for an alternative from a DIFFERENT SUPPLIER.
