Look if they are going under !!! don't waste your time or money .....
Always On Answerphone/now Number Is Out Of Order Now!!!!
Ordered a leather chair early November and was given guidance that delivery would be approx 8 weeks. Have had to continually chase up with their customer service line always on answerphone and their inefficient customer service ticketing system totally useless. Told to track my order on line but there is no tracking! Just shows that you placed an order. There is something not right about this company and I am pursuing means to get my money back. Would never order from this company again!!!!

Unbelievably Awful. Still Awaiting Sofa 6 Months Later...
Ordered my sofa in September, still waiting. Got an update in November (after the original delivery date) saying it wouldn't now be available till January. Phoned again January to be told start of February, now can't get through on the phone. Don't be tempted by the "sale" prices. Honestly awful company to deal with. Completely in the dark about when my delivery will be and sick of having spent 6 months on an airbed.
16 Weeks Later As Still No Sofa
Do not use this company! I ordered a sofa 16 weeks ago which should have been delivered 8 weeks ago. Although I have tried numerous times to get in touch with them I still have no sofa. I am now trying to get a refund through PayPal.
Do Not Order From Wallace Sacks
I placed an order with Wallace Sacks for a set of chesterfield sofas on the 4th September initially when I enquired prior to placing an order and even visited the showroom I was informed this would be delivered within 6-8 weeks so delivery around mid-October.
I then called in mid-October to enquire about the status and was informed it would now be end of October, end of October I called again and was informed it would be mid- November now at this point I as you can imagine I am not pleased with delay or lack of communication skills.
I then called again in Mid-November as again I was not informed of any update and was told it would now be end of November, at this point being extremely furious I requested a Manager call me back and was informed they would return my call before Friday 17th November. After waiting the entire week and no call back I called again on the Friday morning to speak to a manager and was informed they would call me back so waited again. Friday afternoon I finally received a call only to inform me that the sofa will be ready end of December post-Christmas. Between Friday morning and afternoon the date had been pushed a further month away. Considering it was ordered in September I think it’s quite absurd I have to wait till after Christmas therefore I am highly disappointed in the customer service provided by the firm and the lack of organization as 4 different people provided 4 different dates.
To make it worse I have called for an update in January was informed it would be now be arriving in February. Safe to say I cancelled my order as no one should have to waste time waiting and chasing up a sofa set or have to deal with the individuals at this firm. If they can’t ensure a sofa is delivered on time they really should close up and try a different career.

Ruined First Christmas In New Home. It Was Also My Sons 1st.
Wallace Sack is the worst company ever do not ever shop there.
Ordered the sofa from there website mid November 2016, it still hasn't arrived.
Payed in full, no one answers the phone. Stopped answering this ticketing system message rubbish they have to filter through what seems to be endless complaints, judging by the reviews on here.
I couldn't spend christmas in my first new home with my 7 month old son (his first christmas). Now new years celebrations too.
If I recieve the sofa, it will be a miracle.
Had to chase them to put my order to dispatch only for their delivery company to refer me back to wallace sack.
Customer service is disgraceful. No one knows anything.
Excuses with no solutions. It's a nightmare.
With little to no money left. I was so stupid to invest my hard earned cash with them.
They need to be investigated as I'm sure they a breaking some sort of laws.
Now out of pocket and helpless.
I wish I had known about this terrible company before purchasing.

Most of what I have to say has already been said on multiple review forums so all I can add is WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE combined with WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
I've wanted an Eames chair ever since seeing one on Frasier and sitting in a real one some 20 years ago.
Bought Eames chair online Feb 16, delivery took a few follow up calls.
Button came off seat cushion in August. Multiple calls and emails later told to either bring it in (to London) or have it repaired locally and WS would reimburse. I had to take off the seat base and a local guy fixed it. Still trying to get through for WS regarding that.
Then the back rest parted company from the frame due to the thread on the back rest frame being of such poor quality the securing bolt was unable to stay attached. Multiple calls and emails and no response so in the end I removed the padded leather from the wooden back (held on with nails and staples - yes really), re-tapped the thread and used metal cement to secure the bolt in its fastening. Then re-attached the padded leather back rest.
And it deposits a grey residue on to the beige carpet in the front room in which its located that is difficult to remove.
The fixings are rubbish, the product is rubbish, the company that supplies them is a disgrace.
And now they have application where a ticket is raised to register a complaint and still they never reply. It's beyond inept, it warrants a Watchdog investigation in my opinion.
DO NOT BUY FROM WS.

We ordered a leather arrmchair through these guys it arrived covered in mold and absoltuly stunk of rust where it was so badly degraded...
The replacement was no better it was all dented in the front and again had got wet at some point.
The delivery guys told us they always have to take their stuff back an when I complained the guy was so rude it was incredible.

High Back Tan Leather Chair
This tan leather chair was being offered in their sale and seemed
good value.After one cancellation on the delivery and rearranging
for a week later it arrived just out of the time slot.The delivery
guys were good and unpacked and disappeared pretty quickly with all
the packaging...why am I now surprised.
The leather has been treated and is as hard as old
boots. It looks horrid a friend said that this was the best leather
chair imitating poor quality plastic he had ever seen.
High back if you consider reaching to the middle of the back then fine,
the cushion seems pumped up with no give and it is so uncomfortable that
five minutes is more than enough to sit in it.
This I put down experience but hope that this review warns some people
off buying this extremely poor quality item.
Shame we cannot take stars off.
Do Not Buy Charles Ray Eames Chair
Placed several orders received a used product and now they want me to pay to send it back before I can get my refund. After 10 months leather has started to peel away and the base is leaking a grey powder over my beige carpet.
Unfortunately my customer experience with Wallace and Sacks has been disastrous. My first delivery resulted in receiving half a product (a chair without a base), approximately 2 months later I received a second delivery which was a damaged returned chair by another customer. I was advised to reorder the chair and did so in March 2016. I was then informed that my chair will be delivered in July then in the first week of August and now I have been informed it will no longer be delivered.
DO NOT SHOP WITH WALLACE SACKS they are selling on Achica, Evening standard deals etc. Do not do it! Don't even bother.
