Can't really complain about the service from curtains curtains curtains BUT just bought some Sarurn Natural , didnt expect too much BUT the quality is rubbish, l have just received them , got them out of the packet and obviously needed to iron them, the edge and tbe hem are bunched up so l cant get the edge straight so when l put them up it will all be wavy and will look a mess , hate buting curtains online as you cant feel the quality, DEFINITELY WON'T BE DOING IT AGAIN, just couldn't get the colour l wanted after lockdown

Highly advise not to use this company for any product. They can’t even sew straight. One our net curtains came with one side shorter than the other. Anyway the following day the wire holding the net curtain broke(obviously cheap rubbish)

Sent them a email with evidence and they were nothing but rude. They said I was just after a refund which was very far from the truth.

Really terrible customer service. I would recommend using one of the big reputable companies instead.

I am delighted with my new nets for the conservatory,had the door one shortened and they look so lovely i would definitely recommend them very quick service as well,thankyou very much for great service

I didn't want to pay a fortune for a pair of curtains however, I felt £80 was a fair enough about to pay for a bay window. Sadly the quality was dreadful. You are offered the opportunity to have them taken up to whatever length you like which I selected, sadly though this prevents you from returning the item! They look so cheap and nasty! The tiebacks are awful and look like a child has made them, they are simply a cheap and nasty rectangle, no lining, no finishing, very unhappy with my purchase and will not recommend or buy again.
