Silicone Handles Split

I have had the saucepan set three years now, the saucepans work well on my induction hob, and still look good. However the silicone handle of the largest has now split. Amazon won't help so I will need to go to the manufacturer.

Cheap And No Customer Service

Bought a set of their Ready Steady Cook saucepans and at first they seemed to do the job. However within the year the rubber silicone handles were splitting (once they have gone you will need an oven glove to hold them as they get hot very quickly) and the non-stick covering on the sautė pan has flaked off at the side (not on the bottom where you might be justified in thinking it would flake). Complained to Imperial but they are just not interested. Obviously their claim to have a 25 year guarantee on quality is not quite what a consumer would expect it to be. Homestly I think the RSC programme should be ashamed for putting their name to such shoddy pans.

I Own Some Imperial Cookware And I Think It Boils

I own some Imperial Cookware and I think it boils quickly and that is good. However, yesterday my glass lid went on of them and now I am scared to use my other pots and there is glass everywhere.
