Scoville Non Stick Kitchenware

Bought total of pans (12) brilliant to begin with only used silicone utensils followed washing instructions then lining of pans coming off on food took pictures showed receipts was told yes they would replace them but it was the dishwasher solution I used that did this great 2 weeks went past no delivery email again told 2 weeks no email again and again and again 20 emails later of being totally ignored what a load of shambles this company are (also the lids the middle bits had all broken off)

Paid a lot of money for 7 items. After 9 months: 1 handle cracked but was replaced and another the non stick came off. Apparently it was my fault, even though I followed the user guidelines re silicon/plastic utensils etc etc. Customer service no help at all.

I bought one of their frying pans because it offers a lifetime warranty. Soon after getting the pan it started to stick and got steadily worse.

I claimed under the warranty but it was refused.

Avoid buying one of their pans as the Lifetime Warranty is meaningless and the non stick capability of the pan is poor.

I really expected them to honour their warranty but they refused to provide a replacement. Very very poor customer service. Please avoid if you do not want to waste your money.

Scoville nonstick kitchenware delivered me a nonstick frypan, which works perfectly. The price I paid for this frying pan was reasonable, and the quality of the pan is excellent; anything I cook in it does not stick to the pan and cooks evenly. I'm pleased with the quality of this frying pan.

Over my considerable years, I've bought one non-stick range of pans after another. Inevitably, the non-stick coating wears and food starts to stick so the pans get binned. At a too-good-to-be-true-but-worth-a-punt-price, I saw Scoville fry pans in Asda so decided to give one a try. What a revelation! Truly non-stick! It doesn't matter what I cook in it, nothing sticks. Sadly, Asda do not do the full pan range so it was off to Argos to buy their Scoville 3-pan range, again at a bargain price. All pans stack inside each other and no worries about scratching the coating because there isn't one. All my old pots and pans quickly found their way into the recycling. For the colour conscious, the range is only available in a granite-mottled effect. One year on, still nothing sticks. Even dry cooked scrambled egg doesn't stick! Any residue that might be left in a pan simply falls off when dry. Thoroughly and very highly recommended. These pans will see me off the planet!
