So Disappointed
We thought we'd treat ourselves to a set of Vista pans to replace our current unbranded ones-which actually had nothing wrong with them, but I've gone off the thought of non stick coatings. This was not a cheap outlay, £103 from an shop of our very hard earned money. We read the instruction book carefully, and have followed it-flame not too high, no salt in a cold water pan etc... however we are gutted to see the condition of the pans after their first use... the insides tarnished, the bottoms discoloured, just from cooking veg!! I seriously would not recommend this range, and so regret not finding this review site prior to purchasing. The 25 year warranty offered lulled us into thinking all would be ok...steer clear is my advice.
These Judge Pans Are Dangerous
Purchased a set of these pans approx 10 yrs ago. Last Christmas the handle of one of the pans, filled with boiling water and greens, parted company from the pan, luckily
my partner managed to get it over our recently installed sink before it finally gave way and so escaped any physical harm, however the sudden fall cracked the sink rendering it useless over Christmas and New Year. We have been trying for nearly a year to obtain compensation for the consequential damage, which has been refused. The bracket to which the handle attaches is only held by two small spot welds and was obviously faulty but Judge refuse to compensate. I would not recommend these pans to anyone, in my opinion they are poor quality and potentially dangerous. Buyer beware.
10 years? Seriously, I have a pan that is 34 years old that I am throwing away today, it cost £20 new. To get 10 years out of a cheap pan is good!

Poor On Induction
We were using a cheap set of Prestige pans bought in haste when we needed to buy a new set for use on our new induction hob 5 years ago. They have been great, but bought some Judge Vista pans in the sale at New Year. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. They take alot longer to heat up even just water than our old cheap pans. They discoloured straight away and annoyingly the handles drip when you bring them out of the dishwasher. I contacted Judge and explained that in experiments with my old cheap set that their pans took a lot longer to heat liquids - 30 seconds longer per pint of water. They explained that that may be he case but that their pans would hold the heat better when actually cooking, say potatoes for instance, and so would save energy in the long term. So we did another experiment and guess what - the Prestige pans cooked the food more quickly, and come clean and do not discolour. I contacted Judge again but they did not even bother to reply. Do not wast your money!

Design is good but the quality of finish is rubbish.
I would not recommend this product.

Rubbish Pans
Bought these pans because they were compatible with an induction hob but the first time they were used they scratched our new hob. Closer inspection revealed sharp imperfections on the bases of the pans which caused the scratches, Judge customer services fobbed us off whilst conveniently removing the imperfections from the returned pans. Will never buy any Judge product again as they are a sub standard brand tarted up to look professional, buy at your own risk.
sorry to hear this . I have a gas stove therefore haven't experienced this problem
Q&A
The screws which hold the handles on keep coming loose and I have a job trying to do them up, so they have become dangerous with food in them. Can you help me please?
