Hi all I’ve ordered a knife from knife warehouse they sent via Royal Mail to my dads address my dad is a 73 year old man

The delivery driver knocked on the door my dad answered he was confused at first because it was so early in the morning he just woke my dad up,

Driver asked for date of birth my bad was confused and asked for mine? Or his own royal driver took the parcel from my dads hand and walked away marked it as return to sender, and refused delivery on the system, I’ve been trying to get in touch with the contact department but no luck for days until 3 days ago he replied saying you’re dad refused the parcel and he’s not gonna refund me or reissue the parcel to be sent back out.

I’ve paid for my item

Now he refuses to reply to me just ignores you’re messages so please be careful when trying to buy something there only 50/50 chance you’re gonna get your product

£30 is nothing to me but it’s the principal of this

Outrageous service

Be careful buying anything from this company. They sold me poor quality knifes. If you try to get in touch to replace or refund they just ignore you. 5 times over 3 weeks and not a single reply . I have even been in touch with the company kombat tactical to see if they are actually a supplier and no responce from them.

These type of companies need to be stopped from deceiving the public. the knife i bought.

Supposed to be able to put it to work. Heavy duty tough. I have only opended boxes cut rope string. I stuck it in a lump of wood to free up my hands and just the weight of the knife it fell over snapping the tip off leaving the tip still in the wood. A tooth pick is stronger.

I ordered from this company several days ago. They asked that I upload a photo of my ID. After I did this, I received a email from someone. He is claiming my ID isn't valid because my middle name isn't on the ID card I had sent him. Despite the cardholder's name and the name on the ID card having the exact same details! I tried to explain that most ID cards don't have your full name on them. I haven't heard back from them in days, even though I have asked for a refund twice. This company's customer service is terrible. They have took my money and not even wrote me any emails back, or refunded my money. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Do not buy from them!

I bought a sword from them and it came broken; the blade was bent and had a chip in it.

I emailed and messaged the company many times and they ignored all of my emails. Only until a few years later when I made comments on their Facebook posts that they replied.

They said that my recent email was in their junk folder and because they don't check their junk folders, customers can not get into contact with them. Resulting in them ignoring my issue with the product and they do not want to help resolve it. because "my warranty has finished" but it's their fault for not looking in their email properly!

So they sell you broken items, ignore all your emails and tell you that you can not have a refund.

They refuse to take responsibility and saying its my fault when its their fault for ignoring my emails!

After being refused my order they're not replying to emails for giving me my refund. I wouldn't recommend.

Knife Warehouse has mastered the art of being a model company! Every company should aspire to be as good as Knife Warehouse!

They have absolutely fantastic customer service, products and prices. I would recommend the website to absolutely everyone and I've never had a problem.

I would always recommend them as a company. I've gone out of my way to write this review for them so you know they can be trusted and recommended!

I have emailed almost daily, posted on the visitor reviews on their Facebook page, (where others are having same problems as myself), and tried searching for an address to wrote to or a telephone number to call. I am very frustrated and utterly angry and worried it has now been weeks since they were happy enough to take my funds , yet nothing has been delivered, no correspondence, not even an acknowledgement.this company must be going into liquidation or something extreme, as - as I say - there's suddenly a stream of people stating same as me on forums AND their own Facebook site.

It's bordering on criminal, and today I shall be contacting the internet crime bodies of the police authorities to report what can only described as obtaining funds through deception. 

STEER VERY WELL CLEAR OF THIS APPARENTLY FAILING COMPANY.

After buying a set of swords, they arrived badly packed and broken. I sent e-mails to find out how to return them, because i could not find a contact number, but did not get a reply. Even trying through PayPal did not get a response. I would not recommend or buy anything from this site again as i believe it is a scheme.

I purchased a godfather stilleto knife 3weeks ago that I have still not RECIEVED emailed them 7 times no reply poor customer service NO PHONE NUMBER .? AND NO KNIFE

No reply to emails and no delivery after 10 days, terrible service, I would avoid this company.
