Im So Cross.
Om complaining this forum has added myself a banned member from his other forum Banned for a good few years now, and using my photo's to make his site look more appealing, using pictures of my old dog who has now passed away, on his breed forum. I'm shocked to discover this, these photos was posted on the old forum in good faith mot to be used years later after the dog has gone, I'm deeply hurt and saddened this person has used my information this way, we never signed nothing to say he can and still is, I'm going complain against copyright order for this abuse of trust, after I asked for my details to be removed including all photo's now to find out He never done that and only saved them to his server PC,.
I will keep checking back to see if My Photos have been removed.
He hasn't just posted dog snaps He has posted Family member pictures to and in this day and age where no one is who they claim to be this is gross misconduct and he should be stopped.
I will NEVER recommend this site to anyone It is run by novices who think they are exempt from the law.

I Only Found Out I Was A Member Of This Forum Due
I only found out I was a member of this forum due to other people disussing that their information had been used without their permission. I signed up to a different forum 3 years ago, I did NOT give my permission to be signed up for this one.
I have queried this and my post has been whisked away into private, lest it show the admin's true colours.
Signing people up without permission is fraud, as well as highly inappropriate to be displaying personal details on a site you don't know you are a part of!
On an annoyed message I was told I would have to opt out rather than the normal way of opting in to a forum. Very poor
Angry At My Images Being Used Without Permission
This webiste/forum has just opened up but I was directed to it as it turns out that MY profile is on there along with posts made by me years ago on a different forum and photographs of my dogs which I took and own and have not given permission to be used
I know of many people in a similar situation
I can only imagine this is to make this website seem established and busy when in reality most of the accounts on there are by people who cannot log into the site and have never created profiles on that site
Not only are my images being used on this new forum - to which I was added without my knowledge or consent - but my first name is now visible. Previously this was only on my profile (which could be made secret). As I am not a member of this new forum I can't change it or remove myself!
I too have had my details and images used without my permission on that website.
I haven't been on the original website for a few years, so no idea why someone would want to make a redundant profile seem active.
I have found the same. I am seemingly a member of this new forum yet I have not signed up to it and all my comments have been moved over from a forum I haven't used in several years.
