Very Disappointed
I ordered a bed back before Christmas that was offered for shipping only! I have yet to receive it! Will not order anything else from dogdoza because I feel like this must be some kind of scan! My fur baby needed a bed and I keep putting it off hoping the shipping only bed would come! Have given up so I need to go bed hunting! Very disappointing !

Just bought a large dgdoza box bed with bean filling. Very dissapointed everytime the dog tries to lie on it he can only lie in the centre as both outside edges just blow up with air. I have removed half the beans but the bed still just blows up. Dont waste your money on this bed i went for the more expensive bed and wish i hadnt bothered.

Good Product/no Customer Service!
Bought a bed from dogdoza. Great product but when I took the inner cushion out to wash the outer casing I found a manufacturing fault! I have Tried and Tried to contact them, phone, email and even through their returns pathway!
Not one acknowledgement or reply! Never mind any help!

Disappointing Infill
Ordered waterproof dog bed for my Retriever. Overall I was pleased with it but the infill is only cheap rubbish. I had to put a folded babies duvet inside to pad it out. Cover good quality. I expected a proper cushion inside cover for £38.
It's a shame they cut corners with the filling that spoils an otherwise good product.
Delivery was excellent service.
Great Dog Bed
Ordered on line Tuesday arrived Friday. Very pleased with product it appears to be very well made and obviously comfortable as all of my dogs have chosen to lie on this rather than the cushions on my sofa. I bought a medium size Doza active style bed and this is big enough for 3 toy (5kg) dogs.

Bought dog bed back in December 2015, the bed was total unsuitable so I sent it back and asked for a refund. The bed was delivered as someone signed for collection. I never received a refund and have sent over 10 emails with no response.

Poor Quality
Supposedly heavy duty, 6 month old lab with no chewing issues has ripped it to bits in less than 24hrs, and she's crated overnight!
No product warranty whatsoever.
Avoid
I agree rubbish too, I bought 2 memory foam mattresses, and a 3rd tough bed for my puppy who had no chewing issues before this. Within half hour he managed to pull the zip undone, the middle is in perfect condition however no warranty and no way of replacing the cover on that one. The stitching has gone now on the memory foam ones as well, very poor durability and not what was expected for the cost of them. The last dog bed lasted for 7 years and wasn't in as bad condition as the ones that I have purchased recently. Definitely avoid

Fantastic customer service wrong item sent left a message after hours they got back immediately next day apologies for mistake as they had just taken over the bed that I ordered was dispatched immediately very pleased with it very good quality would recommend them and use them again.
