I took my cocker spaniel to Groomzone located within the Pearl Veterinary Practice in St Georges Telford.

Never again!! The groomer did not listen to any of my instructions and I ended up with a vets bill due to hair going inside of her ears causing an infection.

I wrote to the owners but did not have the courtesy of a reply.

I have since spoken to somebody that has the same disastrous experience.

If groomers cannot groom a certain breed of dog, then they should not accept them as customers.
