A very money-faced veterinary clinic - Queen's Road branch, Singapore

The vet was not in on 2 subsequent follow-up visits. When wanted to ask some minor questions, was directed to ask minor questions with another vet and it would be free and I don't have to make another trip.

When the bill was presented, the consultation was charged. When asked why initially was told that it was free, he denied saying that and that it must be charge. What atrocious remark!. How unreliable! No integrity with his words. Not to be trusted - lost my trust in this veterinary clinic. Advice future clients to be careful with the technician there!

Really, a bang bang of thanks to Mount Pleasant Veterinary Team for making such an easy and soft procedure for registration. These formalities have been always a big problem for me. I really go on headache completing these tasks. Literally speaking the process for booking were much easier as compared to other veterinary hospital. I am completely in favor of such kind of service, because an easy process can perform well regarding pet cremation and treatments.
