Do not choose Hathway Broadband in India because (I am personally experiencing all this almost every day):

1. Signal drops and gives frequent disconnection. Minimum 5 disconnections per day.

2. Speed fluctuations are constant.

3. Customer care closes tickets without any action and without informing customer

4. My current package is 20 mbps. I paid for 100 mbps package on 2020/06/06. I am still on old speed though account details in system are updated.

5. No SLA time frame for a customer complaint. For #4, I receive the same statement that today it will be fixed. But it is not resolved till date. It seems "tomorrow never dies" for them.

6. Customer trust and financial term breach. Paid for higher package but provided with lower package speed.

7. Provided router needs a change as it supports only 60 mbps. Still it is not changed. No internal coordination as customer care ensures to fix but backend team is not aware of this issue and do not have measures to resolve.

8. No respect and commitment towards customer as they are not able to resolve or find a solution to my problem.

9. They are not ready to refund money also.

Don't ever think also of joining this .the service is really worst I've ever seen.around 3 days in a week there is a technical fault in their lining.when we call the customer care they always have the reason fixed that there's a fault in the wiring.my annual payment of rs 3000 is wasted in a company whose service the worst.i seriously advise all that joining this network is like hitting hammer on ourself only.they just take your payment and cheat you in everything.i seriously think that it's a bad company.

50 mbps speed for 40 gb scheme in bangalore. always slow speed tests never showed speed above 11 mbps. just 7 days they say limit is over pay more for extra. they block speed by 25 gb as mistake and when we call customer service they say it will be attended. since three days not attended. so the usage in .512 speed untill rectification is calculated for 40 gb usage , and delay will end the month also.very worst customer service.please dont go for hathway. better broadband is ACT. as i am using three services like airtel,ACT and hathway....hathway is cheating worst.

Hathway, they are the cheaters. I have taken 1 mbps unlimited plan, and I came to know that they have kept a limit of 5GB to provide good speed that they say, as per their plan if you have not crossed the limit of 5GB then you will get 1mbps speed , actually you get around 100 kbps speed till you download data till 5 GB. After you download 5 GB data they downgrade your connection and as per their plan you get 128 kbps speed , actually you get around 20 kbps speed. This is bloody cheating. Nowhere on their site they have motioned about this.

Most ridiculous thing is they say 1mpbs plan and actually you get 100 kbps download speed. With 1 mbps plan you cannot even watch a video on Youtube continuously, it stops so many times. So think before you take Hathway Internet connection.
