Entire Neighbourhood Broken

Vispa and British Fibre have an exclusive contract to provide internet and phone access to our new build neighbourhood. The oldest houses are a year old and have always have horrible internet access. The infrastructure itself is poorly implemented and Vispa rarely responds to tickets or calls. If you call them you will almost certainly speak with one person. . .she appears to be the only person who answers the phone. She is a very nice person, but there has been no movement on the issue. They blame British Fibre, but the only way that we can get through to BF is via Vispa. If you have an option. . .DO NOT take Vispa as your ISP.

Helpful Support & No Complaints

I've been a customer since August and haven't had any issues at all. I called today to change my package to one of their new unlimited ones and it was actioned within minutes. They couldn't help me enough which is always good when it comes to ISP :)

I've also been informed that they no longer throttle any of their broadband services. Music to my ears !

I would happily recommend Vispa.

Been A Customer For 9 Years. Excellent Isp

Having had a small issue with my line and contacting Vispa yesterday it's prompted me to write a review.

Their helpline staff are very friendly, sorted my issue within a few minutes.

In my experience, they have always been more than helpful and seem to go that extra mile.

Very happy customer and I long may it continue :)

Shocking Service

Don't bother with this company, their system always drops out, you will re-boot your router every day! Then comes their support or lack of it, totally shocking !

Don't waste your money here!

Consumer comment on VISPA broadband services

They promise the world until you sign up. It goes downhill from there....

If your connection goes down outside of normal office hours, you ring their help line..... You get a recorded message telling you to send them an e-mail……..

That is Difficult with no connection ??

They may well refuse to repair the fault anyway…………..

Your better off avoiding this lot.

The rate per Gb of download is not as good as many other ISP's

Vispa Broadband

I have been with Vispa as a home user for for many years, probably since early 2000's and have never had a problem with the speed or connection. I find the customer service very good too with either an online live help or by telephone or email. I have moved several times recently and each time re-connection has been swift (4 days approx)and easy. Whilst not as cheap as some providers, the fact that they have been so helpful and easy to contact has been a major consideration in staying with them. Would not move to any other provider whilst their customer service remains as good and as long as they don't raise the price too high. Overall very satisfied with Vispa.
