Been With Them 2 Years - Excellent Service
The cheapest (if not - very close to it). Excellent service and clear bills always on time. I can highly recommend.
terrible company and useless service and horrible customer service, my experience with edf has been nothing but headache.
EDF messed up my final bill as I was switching to another provider, they were not happy.
I rang customer service a number of time with no help, one of the female adviser on the 20th June around 7.30pm, hang up on me when I ask for her name after being unhelpful and rude and basically not want to know.
will never ever use EDF again or recommend to any one

I have been with Zog energy for 2 years now and have found them to be a reliable company for my gas with good prices and monthly statements via email.
Zog respond quickly to meter readings send via email and I have never had a problem with Zog.
Switching to them was simple and straightforward with no hitches.
