Pretec CompactBT Bluetooth Adaptor

I guess the card must be reliable and work with most other bluetooth devices as the support service is so very poor. They seemed suprised to receive a support call and were unable to resolve the issue. I can only imagine that normally the device is reliable, because the support service is appaling. They are indifferent, emails remain unanswered, support people speak poor english and there is no alternative. The support request forms of the pretec.com website is broken. The tech support phone is unanswered the voicemail is full. Professional service ? I think not.
