Made the mistake of buying this VPN to access iPlayer from France - IT DOESNT WORK!

So I asked for a refund under their free 30 day trial terms at which point I then encountered their appalling almost non-existent customer service.

Initially used the Contact Us option through their website which was a complete waste of time, all it succeeded in doing was sending me an email - Thank you for using Private Internet Access! as though I was a customer.

AT that point I switched to emailing the company, 3 attempts so far and no response.
