A Total Shambles Of An Isp
I felt compelled to write this review, after the 10 day mess I endured. I tried 3 times to join Vodafone, and on each occasion they cancelled. Only on the last one did they ring me to let me know. I only found out about the first two by ringing myself. Each time nobody could explain why their system cancelled it, but I always got the same response: "we are so sorry, and rest assured we will find out why and ring you back". No ring back ever! The only small mercy was that it was a Freephone number, but to have to ring them over and over again, to try and fix their issues is incredible for a large company like Vodafone. After trying on the 3rd attempt, I thought everything must be fine, but seeing their number on my mobile told me I knew what was coming. The guy actually had the cheek to say "sorry we have cancelled your order. Since the special deal you got is now over, you cannot get the same one. Would you like me to set up another application?". I finally complained, and even the complaints department failed to call back. I have had terrible ISP's before(TalkTalk), but at least they where bad because of their service, not because you couldn't even join them. Joined BT today - took 15 minutes, and ready to go live on 22nd. Vodafone have joined the list of companies that I wouldn't use if they were offering their services for free!

Reliable Service
I've used vodafone for several years now and to be honest have nothing but good things to say.
The service is unbeatable, but more importantly - there customer service is there to help whenever needed!
Definitely recommend over any other competitor.
I've also worked in the industry for many years, so know a thing or two about other other competitors.
Hope that helps!

Signed Up To 2mb Service And Connects Between 0.1
Signed up to 2Mb service and connects between 0.1 and 0.4Mb on average. Best result i got was 1Mb once only and my connection is always either excellent or very good. Rang up on numerous occasions and they refused to help me at all. Sent me same model and same problem. Was told that thats the speed it runs at and not faulty. Spoke to manager who had the authority to send me a newer more powerful dongle to achieve service i pay for but wasn't interested. Had option to cancel but pay remainder of contract. Once they have you they could not care less. Wasn't trying it on just wanted a service somewhere near what was advertised. I am that annoyed will be cancelling phone contract when that runs out as well. All of this to a business customer paying £75 a month. STAY AWAY!!!

Don't Fall For It....absolute Bad Customer Service
Don't fall for it....absolute bad customer service, internet connection. No good value for money. Be also aware that you might be paying insurance on the dongle for no reason at all like me, so check with them fog how long it will cover you.

I Bought This Vodafone Dongle From A (not To Cleve
i bought this vodafone dongle from a (not to clever but popular online auction site.
had high hopes at first with vodafone's long established reputation..but i am disappointed.
at first their prices seamed reasonable but on monday in late july (certainly in the hull area the signal suddenly became absolutely shocking.
i have complained to vodavone and they seem luke warm at best about speeding their broadband service up (in my area) so..please do not buy a mobile wireless vodafone dongle.. a truly awful product.

A Generally Satisfied Vodafone Customer Since 1996
A generally satisfied Vodafone customer since 1996, I know the network works, more than I can say for the other networks I've had to suffer with employer-provided phones I pay £15 per month for 24 month contract for 3GB per month - should have taken the 1GB because I never even use that much. You can upgrade easily but not downgrade during the contract term, so start low and buy more if you need it. 3G coverage is much less accessible than claimed, 2G (GSM) coverage is everywhere but at 56K (upload and download) which is poor and can sometimes make WiFi worth paying for. I'm bemused to note that customers with no Vodafone contract phone are getting cheaper broadband deals from Vodafone. That definitely sticks in the throat.

3g Speed Is Just About Accpeptable/bearable. 2g I
3G speed is just about accpeptable/bearable. 2G is very, very slow and is painful to use.
The First Time I Saw Vodafone, I Never Knew It Was
The first time I saw vodafone, i never knew it was good as Gold, sweet as Sugar. Its very good, most especially the mp3, camera, and the size. Its portable too, well recommend Vodafone Mobile Broadband 5GB.
