They blatlantly with their seemingly low tarifs.

But what they obviously do not tell you is that the number you call in your home country is a payable number (for their behalf of course) AND they charge as well a "connection fee"

Their fee to call France from Switzerland is CHF 0.01/min but with all these supplementary hidden cost the call of 1 minute cost me CHF 0.46 !!!

(0.01 + 0.05 connection fee on Toolani website + 0.35!! to call their number in Switzerland)

I do not reckon this is only the case in Switzerland. Therefore I recommend that you check how much Toolani charges on their website for the call and check your home phone provider bill.

I use sim card which international call rate is 6 cent per minute.

Then I tried first time call Toolani that it said First Time call is free.

When it was connected with Toolani they give land line number to call Canada.

After finishing I checked my credit that I called 21 minutes to Canada and they charged 12cent per minutes.

My badluck!!

A simple way to place cheap international calls from your landline or mobile phone. I started using it a few month ago when I first needed to call France... toolani allows you to get a local phone number you will have to call in order to get connected to your international friend. Your provider (mobile or landline) will charge you for the minutes in the national network, but as I have a flat rate I have no additional costs. The rates @ toolani are really great, and I saved a lot of money compared to what I would have paid with my mobile provider.
