Used hellosim global sim card in two countries already: Malaysia and Canada. In both countries I had really good coverage and sometimes forgot to turn on wifi in hotel rooms. I ordered sim card on the website, and got it in three days. I traveled to Malaysia, Europe (Germany, Austria) USA and Canada, and everywhere I was able tu use internet packages and SMS. I did not need calling time as I always make internet calls. I had some technical issues in Canada, and the support girl helped to solve the problem in 5 minutes. By the way, it was night, but the girl was very helpful and friendly. Before I used to have card from another company, they were also OK, but Hellosim is definitely better and cheaper.
