Colleagues Rechargable Cards !!!!!!!
cant get my card charged at any post office counter i have phoned several times without any joy at all everyone that i speak to tell me all will be ok soon try again and again and again don't bother what a way to treat your staff, my husband is a retired postman in fact but hey what does that matter.....it seems the post office just want to claw back that little 20% that we save on the calls we make pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!

I Was probably one of Nomi's most loyal customers, because they offered good rates. But now I too have to admit that they are useless. What is the point of a network if you can't make ANY calls or send ANY messages (since the 4th of May) and you can't get through to the call center to complain. But what makes me blind with fury is the fact that they 'allowed' me to top up, just before they disappeared off the map, taking another ten pounds of mine with them. Why can't they post something on the website, informing customers what is happening.
Hi. I agree with people on this site, customer service is awful. Finally got through to customer service line (325) today after 3 months out of service. They said NOMI no longer offers service but that I could swap to the new provider. When I asked about the rates they couldn't tell me. When I asked if there's a website for more information they said no. The Nomi website is still up as if nothing had happened. How can they not inform their customers if they stop service, that's just brutal! Not to mention the lost credit... I will definitely find a different provider now.
I had EXACTLY the same thing happen! £10 auto top-up and not one single call made it with it! Bunch of lying. cheating bl**dy sharks!!! I'm severely peeved off as I've been trying for the last 3+ weeks to make calls home and the damn line has been out with no notification!?!?! The least they could have done is put a note on their now dead lines!

I also have a lot money left in my account, but cannot make any calls anymore since May. Can we sue? Is there any consumer protection agency in UK where we can file our complain and get our money back? What Nomi is doing is fraud!

I used to get Nomi-call cards from the Post Office. They were absolutely fabulous. They stopped working in May but the cards I have still work - I should've bought more at the time. I didn't know they were owned by Vectone. I then switched to ChilliTalk - also I believe owned by Vectone - absolutely horrendous - the staff put the fone down on me constantly when I questioned them about the rates - I was told that the call would cost x amount per minute, and then in the end the money I had left on the card kept going lower and lower and lower and whenever I queried them on it, they put the fone down on me. Which cards are good to call abroad - I only want to buy a card, not a SIM - also companies that only charge for the cost of the call and not a daily rate. Thanks.
Hi, I still have unopened phone card and one unfinished card until they stopped working in May. I think they are owned by Vectone. You can contact Ofcom the regulators of telecom and complain. OfCom investigated Lycatel last year after receiving lots of complaints.
If anyone knows I would love to know how I can get my money back too...

The call rates keep changing whenever and however they want without prior notice!
The worst experience has been since last week,outgoing has stopped completely! Can't even their call centre to check.Same messg for any outgoing call including their customer care,'THIS PHONE NUMBER IS NOT AUTHORISED IN OUR NETWORK'.How the hell would one know what's wrong! I had so much of balance left in it! All went waste. They still have their website active and no messg there that there are problems with their service. Such service providers should be blacklisted.

Nomi Is The Worst Mobile Company I Have Ever Exper
Nomi is the worst mobile company I have ever experienced. Since they changed/upgraded the service in Nov 2010 nothing works properly. Cannot call certain networks, get text and calls delayed. It's already affecting my social life. They do not care at all or technicians are total idiots over there. So please, people, do NOT use NOMI. Waste of your money and patience.

I Came Onto This Site To Find Out What's Been Happ
I came onto this site to find out what's been happening with my Nomi Phone account and I have to echo some of the thoughts and frustrations of reviews I have read. They are extremely poor at communicating changes they made to the system in 2009 and 2010. As I got no communication, any credit I had in my account is now lost as I can no longer access my account. It was even hard to find the original website as they are trying to make everyone use their mobile service. Well, I've had a taste of Nomi Phone and whilst the phone service was good, losing money in my account and never getting it back is not an incentive to join Nomi Mobile.

guys you won't believe, but they have 3g internet for free. it's really fast, even when I watch the youtube movies, not sure how many gb, but so far they didn't charge me for it. If they only could improve the customer service , would be 5*, but just not yet.

Do not use Nomi. Their help line staff are difficult to understand, and when you do understand something they tell you, it is usually not true. They tell you what they think you want to hear, to get rid of you. They promise to call you back, and don't! I have e-mailed them loads of times with problems I'm having with their service and on the odd occasion have had a reply. The reply though has not actually been to the questions sent!!!
I have written to the Co. Sec. but he has not bothered to reply. They have at least £50 of my money that I can't use and they will not return, so now I am going to take my case to Civil Court. Do not use Nomi!
