Tried calling customer service. No answer left message no reply. Sent E-mail two weeks latter no answer to phone call nor E-mail. My recommendation find another phone card

Have used Smile for years and all was good. Lately went bad. I was buying Alpha card and was getting my monies worth up until two months ago. Now a 15min call to Thailand cost $6 (20 cent a min). Tried calling customer service to see what's up with no answer. I do not know what happened to them but I am looking for a new provider. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I bought $10 1st time and all went well, then I went to recharge for another $10 and it came back with an error, so I tried again and same thing. I checked mt bank statement and sure enough they got $20, so I called the customer svc and left a msg, after 4 msgs on the cust svc voice mail and 6 emails, 2 weeks later still no minutes, no response to the email. So they simply stole my money. 

Phone card smile is a rip-off. They tell you that you have 1 hour and 48 minutes, it disconnects after 1 minute and you lost 10 minutes. Another card I tried said i had 1 hour 20 minutes, used it for 10 minutes. went back on a week later and suddenly I have 0 minutes.

I just signed up, I called the local access # and entered my PIN five times. Fail. I called the support number and spoke with a guy who said that I had to call customer service, after a stupid conversation.

I told him that HE was customer service! Duh!

In the meantime I could use the toll-free number at a much higher rate.

I was then given the runaround.

They'll have management fix it tomorrow. Right.

We bought many cards from them. They sometimes work. But most of the time they cheat you out of minutes. We were to get 7cents a minute and paid 16-20 most of the time. Switched to Vonage with unlimited USA and international unlimited for what we need for 38 a month. So happy with service. No problems! None no hassles! Love Vonage. Watch your minutes o any phone card they ripp you off and then you call someone in India who gives you a free 15 minutes after ripping you off for 150 minutes. No more

My local access number for Nashua NH area has not worked for 4 days and their on-line support doesn't work. Notified by their site reporting system. Still not fixed. Also, there is no customer service number to report the problem.

i bought the phone card last night at about 8:50 pm and i dail the local number at 8:51 and put in the pin right after, they told me i have $19 DOLLARS i was suprised!!!!! and i paid $20 for it. so i called the phone card company they said i have made two phones calls already, first call is 33 mins and second call is 3 mins i was like. i just bought the fAcking phone card like 1 min ago how in the fAcking world i made 36mins called alrdy. and this is ALFA COMPANY. so i give PHONECARDSMILE.COM A live chat, they told me give them 1 hour they will fix the problem, either they will gives me a new phone card pin, or they will refune my money. thats sound resonable. so i waited ONE DAY not one hour. becouse the phone card was sell to MORE THEN ONE BUYER. WHO KNOW HOW MANY. and do not BUY FROM THIS WEB SITE WARNING YOUR NOT GETTING WHAT YOUR PAYING FOR.!!!!!!!! I had sign up for two years and bought alot of cards from them. and just 1 problem THEY CANT FIX it ALL THEY WILL SAY IS SYSTEM DOWN WAIT. this cards only "one time use". no matter how long my first conversation - the second will be "non sufficient funds". For example my first phone cal were 46 min week late i made a second phone call assuming i have more then 4 hours left; in reality there no minutes left, although i used only 46 min from 5 hrs 34 min. NO INFORMATION ABOUT FEES. the phone number (for customer service not for the website) doesn't work. i been using this website for years. and always same problem; i have to call to customer service of the website asking ti restore my minutes. yes, i will recommended this website ONLY IF YOU WILL USE THIS CARD ONCE: ALL MINUTES IN FIRST CALL. Bought $20 card and used maybe about 1hr to call Hong Kong and now system claims. Tried contacting live support online and nothing.
