Losing money on feed in tariff and reduction on electricity bills. Citizan advice give the ten days from 4/4/2020, no answer again citizan advice give the another seven days. Did receive call 14/04 2023 will confirm team will be there sometime mon/tues/ will let you know 17/o4/2023 no call. On the 18/04 2023. Gave me a date, cannot make as i had hospital appointment. Gave him three dates 25/26/28 April will phne back no call this call should have been made by mr md ha ha ha

Brilliant service. They did my design remotely before sending a surveyor to check it in person.

Price was competitive and installation was very smooth. The handover from the office after has been fantastic.

This company is not a professional outfit. Their service is terrible. Not one deadline has been stuck to. Deliveries randomly show up in the back of courier vans or random cars and left outside your property.

You’re expected to run a round after everyone to find out what’s going on. 2 weeks later I’m still without a battery and they had the cheek to ask for another part payment on top of the deposit.

2 batteries damaged so far, and scaffolders haven’t turned up twice when they were meant to.

I’m meant to accept that this is all outside of their control which is a joke. They need to contract with better and more reliable suppliers and subcontractors.

They clearly have taken on too much work to give a decent service. They can’t even fit a bird guard at the same time as the solar panels.

Find someone else.

I have solars and received several calls from SD Senergy Direct explaining their service to review Solar inverters. I eventually accommodated a visit on 10/04 and was assured the person attending would have full PPE. The man arrived promptly with no mask or COVID protocols. He came into the house, loft space and at no point observed any of the government protocols. He said he was then going on to another house visit. This irresponsibility is why our country has been so severely affected.

He asked if id like him to remove his shoes on entering my home - well surely you don't even need to ask.

This wasn't anything more than a cold sales call and a sales pitch to upgrade a working Inverter.

Why on all fronts??

I should not have fallen for it and with hindsight should declined the visit

I will not use this Company due to their serious and very obvious Health failings.

Had a guy from this company come see me about upgrading our inverter, nice and friendly bloke decided to take his advice and go for a new 4kwh inverter.

After about 3 weeks I've noticed I'm generating more then I was with my previous inverter. The installers who done the job were brilliant cleaned up after themselves and all the staff I've spoken to the phone have been very helpful.

Very happy with the whole process. :)

Recently had a thermodynamic system fitted by this company, found them really easy to deal with (in comparison to the company that fitted my solar 3 years ago). The sales guy knew his stuff and made it simple to understand. The install was hassle free and the 2 blokes who fitted the system were efficient and very tidy. Overall Very happy with the whole process.
