I ordered Properla and paid for by bank transfer (the only option offered), I decided later the same day against going ahead alter that day. spoke with them the next day where they agreed a refund of the deposit. I have called them on various numbers every week for 3.5 months without success! twice they promised refund cheques were in the post but still nothing!

No one answers the main number and the email address "Undeliverable" the email account does not exist.

I was sold the idea of a battery to add to my solar sytem and paid a desposit of £850 by bank transfer. Fitters declare the job impossible without great disruption and on the phone in their presence he agreed to cancel and refund my deposit. I confirmed this by email on 5 August. I have tried to phone but the phone rings out and is never answered, Subsequent emails have benn unanswered and I am £850 out of pocket for a job they the company admitted could not be completed, Steer clear!

Took 10 weeks as workmen never turned up, still until done no communication didn't finish as job was too hard ,rubbish finish in what they did do yet still wanted payment for unfinished job ,avoid this form at all costs

They tricked my mum out of over SIX THOUSAND POUNDS to clean her roof and treat it with some anti-moss spray (for 6 hours labour, no materials other than spray). They broke the guttering in one place, and failed to attach the end section on another meaning water gushed out over wall - when my mum repeatedly phoned them asking them to come and fix it, and wrote a polite letter to them asking for a partial refund, they blanked her, so she had to hire someone else to come and clean up their mess.
