Net-Telco VoIP Telephone number

Never got this to work properly and no-one could ring in. Waste of time trying various things but none worked. technical support virtually non-existent. Would not recommend to anyone. My Sipgate numbers all work perfectly without any fuss or hassle.

I have been using this service for a few years now. When I choose my UK number I just wanted it to forward to my Mobile which costs the rate of the call, but I have switched to VoIP now and its free.

I had to use Technical support a few times. The technical support is very good with the real people answering the phone during business hours and support by email is not ignored but tracked with case numbers so your problems don't get lost.

It also works around the world very well, I have used the voip trunks in the USA, India and Egypt for business calls and they work fine.

I got a free account with Net-Telco and added 3 free numbers I divert 1 to my mobile so its cheap for my Mum to call me any time. The other two divert to my home VoIP server. Overall the call quality is excellent and seting up using the Net-Telco web console is a breeze.

I've also topped up my account with call credit as the rates are really low. £10 + vat lasts ages.

Overall it gets a big thumbs up from me.
