Cata Gas Cooker

i bought a cato gas cooker september 2013 the grill has never worked since we got it someone has been out twice to repair it last time even brought a new part still not working telephoned cato again who advised we must get someone to take out disgrace as we will have to pay to get it took out then pay to put it back so they can put another part in would not recommend this company
