Lacanche Cooker

Can't fault Lacanche and their very high level of customer support.

I'm delighted with the Lacanche range cooker and the first class level of support; from placing the original order, through to delivery.

I recently needed a call out from an engineer. The Lacanche office handled my request helpfully, courteously and efficiently.

The repair was covered by the initial warranty.

The engineer arrived on time. He rang me prior to arrival.

He was polite, helpful and ensured the repair carried out was to my satisfaction, it was.

I have nothing but praise for Lacanche as a company and for their excellent staff.

We have had a Lacanche range cooker for almost three years. The brass gas hob plates do develop a patina over time, but it has been excellent and is obviously built to last. We had a problem door hinge repaired under warranty and the service engineer came out and fixed it in two days. It looks brilliant. The fan oven gets hot almost instantly. The gas hobs are intense - lowest settings can be a bit high for simmering - probably part of the “professional” spec.. Quite expensive, but you get what you pay for.

I have had my Lacanche for more than 15 years and it still looks as good as ever. The fan oven stopped working but I soon got a date for it to be looked at. The engineer was efficient, knowledgeable and quickly rectified the fault. Cannot fault them!

I am absolutely thrilled with our new Lacanche Vougeot it has replaced a very glitchy Aga 6:4 which was always a bit of a let down. Not only does it have serious presence it also has the most beautiful face! The controls twist with a reassuring spring and a click which oozes luxury in some bizarre way! The main oven is huge, a month in and no disasters just perfectly cooked scram every time. The induction hobs are brilliant and don’t require a degree in electrics to work out how they work as operated from a simple dial not a program and they are very precise too so no boiling over. The warming oven is very tall and can stack plenty of dishes. Just a heads up not to store your grill pan on the floor of the warmer as this blocks the heat and nothing will heat up. We are all delighted with our new kitchen friend. Worth the wait for sure, if you’re sitting on the fence just get it ordered you’ll be delighted!

Excellent, swift repair service on our Range cooker. Chap turned up exactly as arranged, calling half an hour before, and the website/telephone service was prompt & operated by actual humans!

We've had our Lacanche over for 20 years and are delighted with both it and the customer service we've received from Lacanche in Poole over the years. They're not cheap initially but when you consider how long we've had it and that it still looks and works as well as it did on day one it's proved to be a great financial decision and one we're delighted we made.

Prompt and professional servicing of our Lacanche cooker. We bought our house which had the Lacanche in it. With the service we learned about how to care for it, what temperature to use in which oven, best use for the hob. We will definitely use the Lacanche servicing in future for maintenance.
