User Reviews
Nice
Is good for a variety of foods and it has a nice solid grill. Excellent for grilled vegetables and fish.
can't live without my George Foreman grille. I use it often, meets my
every need for cooking and warming. Recently I have suggested that
two of my friends buy one for Christmas and so they did. Also, two of
their family members did also.

Easy
The grill is large and easy to use. Cleaning of the grill is also easy.
Love It
Dinner has been so easy to make after I purchased this. I love my grill and I will never go without it again.
Hmmmm Seen Better
Not a bad grill over all, expected better from George though. Very average grill indeed.
Works Great
I bought my mom this grill and uses it most of the time to cook and she tells me it works great, cooks the food good and does not take too long.

Has Quality And Safety Issues - Think Before You Buy
The product, George Foreman 18871 Variable Temperature Family Grille is manufactured by Russel Hobbs and badged with the George Foreman name. It works very efficiently and I have actually lost a little weight since using it over the past 5 or 6 weeks. But the external finish is poor. The top gets hot in use and the paint used to apply the George Foreman Logo and more importantly the Heat Control scale markings has been poorly selected; it is softened by the heat and rubs off when the top is gently wiped down with the recommended "damp cloth". No cleaning fluids or abrasives of any kind were used. Most of the logo and ALL the heat control numbers have now disappeared (after 5 weeks). No-one but the regular user of the device can know where the various heat setting switch positions are. Also, the lid should be clearly marked to warn that it becomes very hot in use. I regard these points as serious quality/safety issues. If upgrading to another grill, I would not select the "George Foreman" brand as manufactured by Russell Hobbs.
