I live in Florida so it is important to me that I can bypass my "home oven" as often as possible! Many setting levels provide you with options for cooking an entire meal from start to finish. Convection oven cuts cooking time by about 25%. I purchased this toaster oven on the recommendation of cooks illustrated - I am not sorry that I invested in this product as of now: one month into usage.
