Baumatic BF120SS

I have a Baumatic BF120SS single elctric built-in oven, it seemed like a good unit and worked well for a few years, then the outer glass door exploded whilst in use. I searched online and found this seems to be a common problem and not just with Baumatic ovens.

I contacted Baumatic a couple of times and have never received a response which seems like very poor customer service. I have now had to buy a new oven, which is really dissapointing.

Obviously I would not buy one again, not only because it broke but also because I am unable to get a response from the company - I would expect them to at least offer a new glass door.
