The Brita Acclario Water Filter Kettle Takes Quite

The Brita Acclario Water Filter Kettle takes quite long to filter the water through and automatic reminder soon failed to work. Got used quite a lot but not enough for it to fall to bits when changing the filter. Lasted about 18 months. For the money it cost I would have expected it to last longer. Think brit have realised as the majority of filter kettles now use the Maxtra filter.

Love this Brita Acclario Water Filter Kettle, and think it was very good value for money. Has been used several times a day for last 4 years, and would love a replacement that lasted as well!

There Is Clearly A Flaw On My Brita Acclario Water

There is clearly a flaw on my Brita Acclario Water Filter Kettle as water leaks down the kettle when pouring into anything. Not a great product and it doesn't help when there customer service is very poor!

Disappointed With This Kettle, Preferred Earlier M

Disappointed with this kettle, preferred earlier model. It spills when pouring, and furs up quite quickly, on top of that it is also slow to filter.

It dribbles, sometimes steam escapes and scalds your hands. The Brita Acclario Water Filter Kettle is not at all durable. It is slow to filter.

A good kettle in a hard water area - you get to filter the rubbish out and it improves the taste. Doesn't really do good if over filled - suitable for three or four cups.

Ok I Would Say This Brita Acclario Water Filter Ke

OK I would say this Brita Acclario Water Filter Kettle is over-rated and over-priced, I paid over £60 and it hasn't lasted a year. It is not suitable for everyday family use, more as a show piece for a couple, would last longer in that situation. Brita needs to redesign the spout, make the kettle more streamlined and lighter, and also check the materials used for heat resistance. If you boil water a lot live in an area where the water is hard and have a large family give this kettle a miss.

I agree, our kettle is over 1 year old but has ridiculous amount of water leakage to the point where it is very dangerous. It is very noisy as well and I will not buy another one

I have also had a problem with it leaking

We Use Brita Acclario Kettle In An Office Environ

We use Brita Acclario kettle in an office environment, if the kettle is filled to max as indicated, when it comes to a boil, hot water escapes from the spout. When pouring, if the kettle is any more than half filled the water is spilled all over the place, generally it doesn't seem to be a safe thing to use. I guess boiling a couple of cups of water is safe enough ? This is not possible in an office where 5-6 people are trying to make tea/coffee simultaneoulsy.
