after multiple emails requesting a vat invoice never received a replay to any email ive sent

After several emails over a couple of days, with great advise on email I decided on my RO Unit. I ordered in the morning and it was delivered the next day. Great RO Unit and with super delivery service. The instructions where easy to follow for installation, I will definitely use in the future when I upgrade my system or replace filters. Thanks for the advise RO World the RO Unit works just as I wanted it to.

Note, this company have REMOVED their telephone number. You cannot call them if you have an issue. They only respond to email correspondence with a poorly trained assistant who knows no more than what is already written in the instruction manual. If you buy from here be prepared - if you run into an installation problem you are on your own.

Ordered £125 unit and paid extra for guarenteed next day delivery. Order received email so waited for delivery, nothing arrived. Rang company to be told the hadnt had chance to send and will try and get around to it that day. I asked to cancel and receive a refund to which they refused. Told me they sent the item but when i checked with APC the courier i was told they have nothing with my address.

Left with no item, refused refund and very annoyed. Save your money and avoid this dreadful company!

Nothing but good, ordered on on the 20th and recived the next morning, fantastic unit... Can't recommend enough.

Ordered two stage RO unit, out of stock...received a call to offer three stage unit at no extra cost, accepted gratefully.

Item promptly dispatched and delivered.

Brought a 4 stage unit for my aquarium, worked very well from the start. All my water tests including TDS etc came back clear. I would have given this product a 5 start if the instructions had been slightly clearer. Thanks.

Bought a 6 stage unit with di for my new marine tank, very quick delivery and fantastic product. Cant fault at all and answered all my questions promptly.
