We contacted Phoenix Water services to service our water softener we was having some issues with that wasn’t supplied by them.

From the onset we received a friendly professional service.

Came to visit us and discussed our problems we were having and with his knowledge he worked out it was our plumbing that was causing the problem and it was an easy fix for us to carry out , no expensive plumbing bills.

He serviced our softener and left us up and running again.

We would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a decent professional friendly service .

Have used Phoenix Water for few years now and I have always been impressed by their customer service.

We have recently replaced our old water softener with a new Ecowater system as recommended and found it to be far more economical on salt than our previous water softener.
