Rhino High Performance Blender

It is a good product yes. Yes. However I had a problem. I always like to check that the bladey thing is tight, but I broke it. I thought I had fixed it, so I continued to blend my foodstuff. That's when mr.blade broke off and sabotaged my smoothie whilst scratching my shiny new blender toy. It was also really loud and scary. My cats ran out of the room and I jumped. I like my cats and I was sorry to see them scared. Awww. My smoothie was messy but drinkable.

Good product I presume but if you break the mr. blade, he lets his feelings show and it makes a frightening noise. I use the blender now to annoy/scare people and as my party piece I fill it with screws or gravel. It raises eyebrows but in a good way.

The blender is powerful, but the jug broke very quickly and looks dirty. We managed to keep it going but it only works with the jug in a certain position and it won't last long.

Have been trying to contact Rhino about replacement jug, but haven't had any reply. It is expensive and I would have expected the service to be good.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. If the jug were improved and service good I would recommend it, but at the moment, the product doesn't live up to expectations.

I have had my rhino blender for just over 2 years and I use it every day. Other than the jug quality, I have been very pleased with it. After about a year, the first jug cracked and began to leak and now the blade has come loose on the second jug. If I had known I would need to replace the jug every year, I would have bought a vitamix. Although initially cheaper than the vitamix, in the long run it has cost more.

To date, I have always had good service from Juiceproducer, however, I notice that they no longer have rhino blenders in stock so I may have problems replacing the jug.

When it works it's a good blender. My cutter assembly seized up and the spares are not available. Every time I call JuiceProducer, he tells me 2-3 weeks.

My friends bought one on my recommendation and their jug has cracked. Again, no spares available.

Just buy a Vitamix or Blendtec. I wish I had, and now I have to anyway. Avoid.

After only four months of use, the on-off switch on the front of the machine broke. This meant we could not use the Rhino until a new switch was sent to us. It took numerous attempts to get the right equipment sent to us from Juice Producer (the spares people). Then the plastic jug cracked and we are now out of the warranty period. Again, we are without the use of the blender. Yes it has a powerful motor but the jug is not sturdy enough to handle the force of the contents being whizzed around by that powerful motor. i went to order another jug on their website but they are out of stock! Do not buy a Rhino!

I bought this Rhino Blender thinking it was a tough nearly commercial quality blender. After a few months the jug cracked and started leaking.

I returned it under warranty to juiceproducer.com in April and despite numerous contacts I am still waiting for a replacement. Service from Juiceproducer.com is appalling. Do yourself a favour and buy a different brand elsewhere.

We've just got this Rhino High Performance Blender as we love it! We wanted a powerful blender for our "nearly raw" lifestyle and chose this machine, and we're glad we did!
