same as other users. Ordered a knofe sharpener on 3rd Dec, emailed 20th Dec to chase it up, no email back from them. Their "customer service" 0871 number never answered and they have taken money out of my account. all i have to show for it is a big mobile phone bill. The same crowd also run another company called "Offers Direct" - they keep changing their name. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

I purchased a Jean Patrique 3 in 1 knife sharpener to keep my Jean Patrique knives sharp. It arrived in good time. However, all the instructions on the box were in Japanese with no English. I don't know whether I am using it correctly and don't want to damage my knives. Customer services were no help to me whatsoever - no response to my e-mail to date. Polite but ineffectual response to phone line. Will continue to pursue my e-mail, but having read reviews I don't expect much.
