Elizabeth Arden Dual Perfection Brow Shaper and Eyeliner

I have not tried to use it as an eyeliner.

Much better than eyebrow pencils which can often be very hard/dark. Even better than other expensive brands such as Dior.

(Although I do like other Dior products.)
