LOreal Volume Shocking

Best mascara ever, period. I have thin and short asian lashes and this mascara makes me look like I have fake lashes on. It is AMAZING. I've been on the hunt for a new mascara to replace this for over a year and NOTHING has come close to this when I've tried more than 10 other mascaras (everything from the other l'oreal lines, maybelline, lancome etc). I don't understand why they discontinued this... Please bring it back. I am so upset!!!

This is the only mascara that I use now since buying one over a year ago. I replace it every month even though it could probably last a lot longer.

POSITIVES: I must have used over 20 different mascaras in the past, and none are as effective as this. Thicker, longer lashes that people have commented on in the past, even as far as thinking they are fake!

NEGATIVES: Start to clump around the top after 3 weeks

OVERALL: I can recommend this product as I have had very positive experiences with it. There are also similar mascaras from this range that work well too!

EVERYTIME i use this mascara ALL of my friends comment on how pretty my eyes look! The mascara makes your eyelashes bolder, longer and more defined... I strongly reccomend this product. When you apply the mascara it seems as if you have false eyelashes on... the only thing that wasnt that great about it was the removal... it is waterproof and so (with all waterproof mascaras) are harder to get off. Definately one of the BEST macaras i have had in ages... doesnt flake, doesnt smudge. PLUS it has collagen in it which is apparently great for your eyelashes. Probably i would give this mascara a 9/10 and say Loreal gives you the look you want, Without the bulging price tag!

I have tried every mascara out there. I have to sey the best mascara i have came accross is the l'oreal volume shocking mascara. I have tried waterproof and the non waterproof. I prefer the non water as it comes off easy with soap and water. Over all this product does add volume. I have really short eyelashes and this one definetly makes them looklonger with no clumps. This has now been discontinued, even on ebay they are going between £9 - £15. Needless to say i have found a website that i keep buying this product from at a reasonable price of £8. I have added a link just incase anybody else has been trying to get hold of it and they are finding it to expensive.

This was the best mascara ever - the primer seemed to be a key to helping the black mascara work better and the comb of the black mascara was the best brush I've ever used/the longest lasting brush without the product getting clumpy. My lashes were always made to look long and well separated so stood out like you would expect from a decent mascara. Can't believe they have discontinued it as I loved it and will be going online to buy it asap.

i really like this mascara it is easy to put on with the comb and it separates your lashes making your lashes look thicker and longer. it also makes my eye look bigger and brighter. people have asked me what mascara i use as my lashes look long . so i have recomended it alot. i this it the best mascara i have use.

hi can i just say i have used this mascara for over 6 years and it is the best mascara in the worlddddd i have fine short lashes and this non clumpy! gives spider effect and u can literally apply it till u get the size of lashes u like. i have tried many others even lancome and nothing absolutly nothing comnpares !!!I work at superdrug and this product has recently been discontinuaed u would not belive the amount of customers that have sat and said how gutted they are as this is the best mascara they have used. i found it cheap on the net so have stocked up for a longggg time!!

I have now been to two drugstores --this mascara doesn't seem to be available... PLEASE don't discontinue! I have tried two others and have been extremely disappointed. I finally found a mascara that it absolutely fabulous (I am 51 yrs old -- I have used a lot of different mascara's in my life!!!) Please bring my mascara back!

Volume Shocking is the most excellent mascara on the market and retailers such as Boots and Superdrug are informing customers it is no longer available.

There was nothing to dislike about this product you could not improve it.

I'm aware of several people who are now searching other products to replace this outstanding mascara.

Please bring it back!!!

I'm disappointed that I couldn't find this in my local CVS recently, are they replacing it with a new kind?

The comb-brush took a few tries to get used to. The brush is great because it really puts a good amount of mascara on the lash the very first coat, so you really don't need more than the base white coat and one black coat. If you do need to add more than one black coat, the mascara can make your eyelashes a little spidery (like one reviewer said). But, after a few times and realizing to just use one coat, you'll love it! I also use the "Colossal" by Mabelline and I like that as well.
