The Body Shop Hemp Hand Protector

As the temperature starts to drop and dry skin on hands starts to appear, my whole family religiously turn to this hemp hand protector from body shop. We all suffer from quite bad dry skin in the winter, and after trying countless hand creams and protectors, have fallen on to a winner with this one. Its really thick and incredibly rich, so perhaps not suitable for daytime use. However, we use it before bed and don't need to do so again until the same time next day! It soaks into your hands overnight and you wake up with them feeling super smooth and hydrated.

Knowing it is made my body shop means I can rest assured there are no horrible chemicals in there too. I think the fact that it is natural is what makes it so effective. Price wise, its £10 for a tube which lasts AGES. To be honest though, it is quite often half price in the sale, when we buy four or five tubes at a time!

The most amazing product for dry hands....EVER!

I suffer with such dry hands that sometimes my skin is so sore it bleeds. This is the only product that has prevented my skin being damaged by hand washing in the winter.

For me, the hemp hand protector is the best hand cream so far. I have relatively dry skin in winter and my hands can get very dry after washing and this hemp cream totally solved my problem. Its very thick and give you very secure feeling after put on. Although when I tried in shop at the beginning, the smell did put me off a little bit so I went for a small sized one first and then absolutely fell in love. Now its my everyday must-have! And watch the space for offer cuz I got my second purchase half price!

I would def recommend this to people who have normal to dry skin, particularly in the winter. If you have oily skin, could be a bit too much though im not sure.But there's definitely no harm if you try a small travel version first.

Having suffered with eczema almost all my life.

During the winter months when my skin is usually at it's worst, I'm always on the lookout for a really good hand cream.

My doctor recommended me the Hemp Hand protector and I thought I may as well give it a go.

At first I was a bit put off by the cannabis leaf on the packaging, and then I was even more put off by the fact that the contents were green and had a strange herbal smell.

But I had to at least give it a go, right?

Of course right.

And I'm so glad I did.

The cream absorbed into my skin straight away without leaving any greasiness and keeps my hand moisturised for hours on end.

Although I would be lying to say it's fragrance doesn't take some getting used to, If you've had to deal with dry unsightly hands I'm more than sure you'll be willing to put up with it.

This hand cream is best of all creams I have ever tried before.

I have got eczema condition especially on my hands, and I have to wash my hands lots of times everyday due to my job. With this cream, my hands have not been too dry nor too ichy at all. Also I don't have to reapply often, because it protects my skin as the name of this item. I could buy half price (£5) on the body shop's official website. But if it's not special offer, I will definetely keep using it, it's worth.

I had been given Hemp Hand protector from the Body Shop as a gift and initially a little sceptical, however after using for a few days I was sold this is an excellent hand cream...and I have used aproximately 6 other brands ahead of trying this one. Including others that have been reviewed on this site that have received 5 stars.

It's very thick so u dont need to use a lot and also it could last all day if u dont wash your hands alot. ( I wash my hands alot and i still dont have to use it all the time).

I have been looking for an intensive handcream which didn't leave my hands feeling greasy. This cream absorbs into the skin well and after a few days I have much smoother skin on my hands. I am very impressed!

This hand cream is the best I have ever used. It repairs dry and cracked skin, replenishes cells and provides a brries to protect the hands. It is reasonably priced as the tube last for a long time.
