Piz Buin In Sun Allergy Lotion

I have been using this cream factors 15 10 and 6 intensifier for 20 years and have never ever burnt. Reapply often throughout the day ensuring a tan to be envied.

I've suffered sun allergy for years, in varying degrees but a lot of the time ending up at Drs and sometimes on steroids to calm down the rash and unbearable itching. I've used this for the last few years and I can't believe how good it is! I'm just back from Andalusia and another rash free holiday. I'm surprised by the negative reviews but I would say maybe they are using too low factor for the amount of time actually in the sun - I used spf30 and spent a few hours before lunch sunbathing and then in the shade in the afternoon - if I was sightseeing I'd use a higher factor. I came home with a nice healthy colour so win,win for me.

I'm dark haired and olive skinned. I never burn whilst in the sun. I'm currently in Cyprus and have used for 3 days and I'm totally burnt and in agony. It's like I haven't used sun protection. I will most definitely never buy this brand again!!

Hi I've suffered with this problem of photo sensitive Dermatitis most of my adult life, and never able to sit out in the sun or go on a beach, about 5 years ago I discovered Piz Buin Allergy 50 lotion Magic in a bottle I can now sit on the beach with my grandchildren, All I can say to anyone who has this problem try try try this lotion I'm now 64 years old and I wish I could have had this cream when my boys were little I missed so much summer fun with them

I have been using Piz Buin Allergy sun lotion for years and find it's the only sun lotion that prevents my skin from coming out in a lumpy, itchy rash. I think that as I've got older my skin has become sun-sensitive and this sun lotion certainly works for me.

I couldn't agree more with all the reviews I suffer with prickly heat and for years have also tried so many different creams I searched internet and unfortunately didn't go on this site, I read reviews on Boots which gave this piz buin allergy a great 4+ now normally I can go nearly a week before it appears, last year I used green people which I have to say although I found it traumatising to rub in I wish I had bought that again as I went nearly two weeks in Egypt and only got a very slight rash at the end, now I'm currently in Tunisia where the temperature is hot but nothing compared to Egypt and also a very high wind so at no point have I sweated as yet and I didn't even make it to day two and I have worst prickly heat I have ever had I am fuming at Piz Buin and Boots as I trusted the reviews and will be insisting on a refund Do Not BUy this product it is truly AWFUL :-(. Am currently sat in an air conditioned room with my arms chest no stomache burning ( just to add I am already olive skinned and dark hair so not prone to burning.

I want to return this and get it tested. I used this product and no way was ita factor 15, 4 people used it and agreed. I had to buy another sun protection out there. Be careful!!

Used Piz Buin Factor 30 Allergy in Spain. I have dark hair and olive skin and never in my life have I burned so badly that I was unable to touch the burnt areas.

My legs were bright red and after a week sheets of skin peeling off my legs arms and back.

I would not recommend this product.

I am allergic to suntan lotions and was hopeful that this lotion would not cause me to come out in a rash within 24 hours of using it. Sadly, it was no better for me than any other normal (and cheaper) lotions. I have a recommendation to source lotions without lanolin, so I'm off to look that up....

After years of red, itchy rashes when using sun protection lotions I tried Piz Buin Allergy lotion. Fantastic. Excellent sun protection and no rash, even on my face. Easy to apply and not greasy. I can now go out in the sun, confident that I won't have the horrid red rash for a week afterwards! Thank you for developing a lotion that works.
