More Mile Cheviot 2 Trail Running Shoe

Was recommended these trail shoes and have not been disappointed with my purchase. As they only cost £25-28 (I have since bought another pair) I was not expecting miracles. However, after recently wearing them for a 5 day orienteering competition in the Lake District where I encountered deep marshes & thick slimy bogs, rugged forests with rough undergrowth and fallen trees, rocks and limestone pavements, I have to admit that I am suitable impressed. After a thorough rinse out after the last day the shoes still looked brand new. They have a rugged outer sole so are not suitable for street running. These are ideal for fell runners/orienteers and off track cross-country runners. They do recommend buying 1/2 size larger as they come up small, and they are right. I have wide feet and the 1/2 size larger fit me perfectly. I normally wear Inov8 shoes which are 3 times more expensive and at the moment I am unable to notice any difference between the two makes. Thus I would highly recommend these shoes. I will update my review at a later date to advise on there longevity.
