First Off Let Me Say That I'm A Big Skeptic When I
First off let me say that I'm a big skeptic when it comes to any product "naturally found in nature". Spirulina has however been a slight and very refreshing change to that though.
I obtained my Spirulina through Holland & Barret which also sends it in the tablet form. I'd strongly recommend the tablet form as Spirulina does NOT taste nice at all (it tastes like fish food... don't ask me why!) so I'd recommend the tablet form instead of the powder.
For the first week or so I did not notice any major difference in my body. However after about a month I noticed that I was not nearly that tired when I went to bed later. Also I certainly noticed my skin clearing up a little when using it. It must be said however, that I have only been using this product for about two months now. I'll comment back on this when I hit the 6 month mark to see if there has been any other changes I've noticed.
One thing I didn't enjoy that much was that I found this product to be a little on the expensive side of things (a months supply was about £15.00) But then again, Holland & Barret are known to charge rather inflated prices. The next time I buy Spirulina I would perhaps try another brand, after all it's all pretty much the same thing.
In short I'd recommend this as it really is a fantastic supplement.
Gourmet Spirulina tastes nice :) The drying does it all! Powder is a no go, clearly, both in terms of nutrient content and taste.

Natural whole food. Easy to take as tablets. I like the Spirel Spirulina with added Ginseng and or Royal Jelly, good value for money. Coming from Cuba I can understand why its described as solid sunshine. I take it for general health instead of a multi vitamin most of which are produced in laboratories. It helps stop my cravings so it is good for losing weight andif you have to go on a crash diet (not recommended by the way) you know ypu atre still getting lots of nutrientsin a natural way. Lots of bio available iron much better than iron tablets.
I don't like the smell but funnily enough it has very little taste so is not a problem. I can't take the powder in water I have to mix in a smoothie or stir into yoghurt but it does go dark green, otherwise no problems.
I think Spirulina is a good natural product, fixes lots of carbon dioxide so is good for the environment, is easily digested and is much better than taking multi vitamins.
