Argumentative People Who Were Both Rude And Unhelpful.

Two orders were placed an antenna and drive on plate - within 15 minutes of each other. Both were also requested as 'Next Day Delivery' costing £11.95p each. One order was processed and sent then received next day. Second order didn't arrive. Queried this and Radioworld wouldn't take responsibility for a mistake of failing to send it out the same time, trying to blame the Courier service?

Trying to communicate the problem to them was akin to trying to convince a politician that he is wrong, you won't get a direct answer to a direct question.

One sales person on the sales chat line again started blaming the courier service, wouldn't accept the mistake and just said 'See Ya' and cut me off. Emails were exchanged and Radioworld still denied that they had failed to send the order out for next day delivery (although I had proof from their emails they had sent the second order the next day which I would not now receive until the following Monday) They told me someone would telephone that afternoon, they didn't, very rude not to do so. I emailed again telling them how disappointed I was that I could not now do what I had planned over the weekend with what I had ordered from them?

A reply came back, at the end of their email they said, 'Have a great weekend'!!

I asked for my account to be deleted, they replied - When a order come through our system these are packed asap, We also have eBay and amazon, phone orders and shop orders to process, I am sorry that you feel this way but we can only do what time allows. Do they not prioritise their orders??

Fine I would have accepted that, but to argue and deny, blame someone else and then be rude, puts the matter into a whole new perspective.

In my estimation, you cannot treat and talk to customers that way, I'd spent over £500 in two weeks at Radioworld - if they treat all their customers this way then they won't be around for much longer...
