Amazing Service
Had to go in there to get my screen fixed for my S4, they were very polite and efficient, they charged me less than what anther company had quoted me and also kept me informed of the progress. Will definitely go there again and would recommend it to others

Broken S3
Having just been through the claims and repaires process with CPP and the fone clinic all i can say is it was pretty painless.
having seen the other reviews i was very apprehensive, but i needn`t have been. my phone was returned within a week (5 working days) and all seems well.
Useless Cowboy Outfit!
I received my torch back to find it appears to have been repaired using 2nd hand parts! (there are chips in the cover that weren't even there after it had been almost destroyed).
As i peeled the blue protective layer off my phone it bought the 3 buttons on the front off with it. The battery still has marks from where i believe it was run over in the carpark where i dropped it and takes some force to even fit back in.
All i can say is AVOID these people, its not even worth using if you got it free with the Natwest Adv gold because its such a waste of time!
If it was possible to rate less than 1 star i would have. Extremely disappointed after waiting so long for the sharks at cpp to accept my claim after making me jump through hoops of fire just to get it accepted!
Oh and again DO NOT USE. Not under any circumstances!
The Fone Clinic
After dropping phone in the bath I sent to the fone Clinic for repair, after 3 - 4 weeks without a handset the phone arrieved back however the repair was not complete I still had problems as the ring tone and sound setting intermitantly went off which I advised them of immediatley and was asked to return as this was intermitant as I could be without handset for another 3 weeks and this was intermitant i was prepared to live with it however the problem progessively got worse and eventully after about 6 months stopped working I contacted the clininc and they advised the repair was under guarnatte and to return , they now tell my insurance company that this additioanl damage and have to make a seperate claim . The phone has NOT incurred damage since the first claim
I reiterate this telephone has not been dropped or immersed in water since the original incident
My grievance is that I am now being asked to Pay an excess of £50.00 on my policy as the fone clinic wish to treat this as a new claim , however this definitely is NOT a new claim and Should be covered by their 12month guarantee on repairs. I can only assume that they are not a very reputable company and this is some sort of a scam to make the insurance companies pay more.
I have been waiting for over a week for this company to send me out a envelope so i can send my phone to them. and when i called to ask what the problem was, i was told just to send it in myself. shocking customer service
