I bought a mobile telephone from TEKGADGETS an Amazon Marketplace Selller and it went wrong within 4 months. The owner would not replace or refund the item and referred me to the manufacturer. I pointed out my rights under the Sale of Goods Act but the gentleman wanted me to just send the phone off even though it was under 6 months old.
