Do Not Do Business With The Phone Warehouse
Ordered phone online, after many phone calls and email, still waiting! Hope you can sleep at night!
Avoid Buying From These Thieves
Phone ordered, email confirming order (although lacks real detail), money deducted immediately. No Phone received, do not answer emails or phone calls and their website cannot be found a few days later - I assume it will pop up again in the future or perhaps it is now called something else. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I WONDER HOW THEY CAN LIVE WITH THEMSELVES.
The one reasonable review I read is probably their own review.
website can actually be found under; 2ndmobilephones
Steer Clear At All Costs

ordered 2 mobile phones from this company and the money was taken out of my credit card account the same day ,waited for delivery and after 9 days still nothing, thought maybe they were coming via pigeon post or pony express , contacted the company several times via phone left messages as nobody ever answered, no reply via my emails either. contacted barclay card and was refunded the amount taken by phonewarehouse.net. payment came out as p&lconsultancy ltd not sure why they had a different name for payment, ordered replacement credit card to be on the safe side , barclay,s are now looking into this matter .should have checked reviews here before going ahead with purchase ,lesson learn,t as they say .would advise using extreme caution when dealing with this company and never use debit card only credit card.

Reviews Are Individual Experience & Mine Has Been Wonderful
I had ordered my first mobile love Nokia 6510 while being desperate on finding a good one on internet. In my desperation I never looked at previous reviews and issues faced by other customer, hence to my delight this was a perfect order.
However, Post new year when I did receive my confirmation of order only on 2nd I became suspicious and the below trail of reviews scared me to think money is sunk deep and I should better call my bank.
To my delight I spoke to a gentlemen over the phone who promptly confirmed my order and informed that it would be mailed on 5th and would be reaching me on 6th Jan. To confirm I did call on 6th and took the royal mail tracking number.
The order was delivered when I called him and the phone was in excellent condition. The only complaint would be that charger is not included but its ok, they never included that in the product description anyways.
my suggestion would be to obtain the royal tracking number which atleast would tell you if the product was mailed and check if someone else has picked on your behalf given these are precious gems :)

Same Story As Other Reviewers, Ordered A Phone In
Same story as other reviewers, ordered a phone in July 2014; no acknowledgement of order placed, though payment taken immediately. It never arrived. Called them and someone talked about it getting lost in the post and said he would send a replacement.
No replacement was sent, so emailed requesting a refund, was told I would be refunded. No refund given and subsequent emails ignored, phone not answered.
Eventually complained to credit card company in August, which prompted immediate refund from the Phone Warehouse, also known as P & L Consultancy.
Avoid at all costs.
Lesson learned: if you buy from an unfamiliar website, use your credit card for consumer protection, not your debit card which offers no protection.

Buyer Beware!
Ordered a Nokia 1100 almost 3 weeks ago...they said it was sent out on the 23rd June...it is now the 3rd July.
Firstly they said it must have been lost in the post...so they dont trakc their phone orders??? dont think so.
they then said if it wasnt here by the 1st July they would send out a replacement...funny.
WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REPLACEMENT AND THEY NOW IGNORE MY EMAILS AND HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO ME IN OVER A WEEK!
THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY AND NOT PROVIDED MY PHONE.
Obviously i have sent all my correspondence to the Citizens Advice and Trading Standards, will await the next step from my solicitor brother-in-law!

Phone Didn't Arrive. Had To Get Refund From Credit Card
As mentioned by other reviewers seems nothing but a catalogue of lies. Ordered phone - didn't arrive - phoned to be told that their supplier could not deliver till the next week and they had sent me an e-mail (which I never received) - numerous e-mails and attempts to call to chase them - sent recorded delivery letter listing all communications and insisting on a refund - this prompted an e-mail to tell me my refund was being processed - waited 2 days to see if money would come through - contacted credit card company with a full list of all communications - the credit card company issued a refund the next day so they must know something.
My Phone Never Arrived!
Echoing the other reviews - very difficult to contact seller, they seemed nice when I got through by calling them, but my phone never arrived. Originally I was told that it had been delayed because they had to backorder the phone and "I should have received an email about it" (I hadn't). I waited, nothing happened. When I got through again I was asked to check with my local sorting office because "it had definitely been sent". Since then I haven't managed to make any contact with them, the phone goes to voicemail and they don't reply to emails.
Bit of a scam it seems. At least I've only (!) lost out on £20.
