I recently purchased two PROREP BASKING SPOT LAMPS 100 watt,the 1st lasted less than 2 months,the 2nd not even 1 month.On returning them to this shop I was told by the manageress that this was "not her problem" and refused to refund my money or replace them.According to the sale of goods act they should at least be fit for purpose and last a reasonable amount of time.I would have been happy if they lasted a year minimum.

I feel I have been "ripped off" and will never buy from here again.I urge you not to buy lamps from here as they are defective and the after sales "service" is non-existent.You have been warned!

I have since found out that there are a lot of dodgy PROREP lamps being imported from China,I now use ordinary B&Q spot lamps (a quarter of the price),they work fine and are much more durable and B&Q returns policy is faultless.
