Beware of Dune in Brent Cross, no paper receipt, available, they tricked you to enter email address, but I never received the receipt, I went back to enquire, they said they were unable to issue, nothing on the systems. Buyers Beware

Complained about a pair of boots. They didn't respond to my email for a month despite resenting the email. Wanted me to pay to return the faulty goods. Rude, unprofessional, appalling in every sense.

The sole parted company with the upper after less than a weeks light use. Customer service have no interest in keeping their client group and although refunded the money had no room for discussion or negotiation. Last time! Strangeley enough many friends and family have since commented on the exact same issues. I did write a review on their site which their customer services rejected - now that's the way to keep your reviews positive!

I bought my first pair of Dune shoes late last year. They look great and fit well. But the quality of the production is absolutely abysmal. The second time I wore them, the leather around the lace holes tore. Since then I've barely worn them, but these shoes are just falling apart - stitching coming loose, two of the lace hole eyelets have come out entirely, the soles showing way more wear than I would expect.

Avoid this manufacturer at all costs. Their shoes might be well designed, but the workmanship is just embarrassing. They're not cheap, so expect them to last a decent amount of time. Paying £70 for a pair of shoes that fall apart after wearing them for 5 days is a joke. It's a shameful lack of quality control.

I went to the Dune store in Bath and bought a pair of slip on, leather mens shoes. I wore them for about 3 months and the bottoms had split in half and the insides were coming out. The store itself was very squashed and there was no room to move, especially in the sale periods. The staff pounced on me as soon as i entered the shop and every shop assistant kept on coming over to ask what i was looking for, i was not left alone.

I purchased the most stunning silver snake effect leather sandals from Dune - perfect fit and style. I have had loads of comments from people on how nice they are and they fit really well too. Next I'll try the website.

I enjoy shopping at Brent Cross Dune, and enjoy the service provided by members working there, especially the young male staff that is lacking in many women shoe shops, this especially to provide different opinions, especially from a mans point of view!

I have bought Dune shoes in the past and loved them. So, when I decided to get a new pair of long leather boots, I headed to Dune.

I liked loads of the boots that they had, and I asked to try in total 9 pairs of boots in my size (3).

They had only 2 pairs in a size 3, which is pretty bad going, and they didn't even have a 3.5 or a 4 - the closest size they had in the rest of the boots was a 5.

The 2 pairs they had in a 3 were too big on my calf, so I had to leave, it.

Bit disappointing really.

The lady in the shop said that quite often they will only ever get 1 or 2 pairs of size 3's in each design, which to me seems a little odd. I know that a size 3 isn't the most common size, but off the top of my head I know at least 10 ladies who take a size 3.

I shop at Dune all the time for shoes and handbags. Party shoes in particular are always a fantastic buy. I always know that whatever happens I am always guaranteed to fall in love with at least one pair of shoes from Dune. They have a wide range of colours, designs, and styles in stock. The assistants are always helpful and pleasant. I definitely recommend Dune.
